Julia Ashby Smythe, curator at the The Hodgson Loom Gallery, will be staging an eclectic exhibition of work made by twenty one of her fellow Creative Network member artists, throughout the Art Festival period and beyond. These group exhibitions are always visually rich and provide a wonderful opportunity for member artists to show alongside each other and for visitors to experience a wide range of art being made by our Island creatives.

The gallery is situated on the first floor above the Laxey Woollen Mills shop, accessible via a staircase. There is a large car park but no toilet facilities.

Travelling on the main road (A2) through Laxey from Douglas, take either the turn adjacent to JJ Ribbons (Captains Hill) or the turning next to the Co-op (Lower Rencell), both of which will lead you to the Laxey Woollen Mills next to the river.
