5th -7th MAY 2018
The 7th annual Isle of Man Art Festival took place over the early May Day Bank Holiday weekend between 5th – 7th May. This was the first year we were able to offer free entry to the three-day celebration of visual art right across the Isle of Man. It gave the public and visitors the opportunity to discover inspiring work by local artists on the island. 2018 was bigger and better than ever with exhibitions, workshops, open access to artists’ studios, many offering taster sessions and demonstrations.
Venues for exhibitions and artist demonstrations included the House of Manannan, the Hodgson Loom Gallery in Laxey, Ramsey Town Hall, The Pilates Studio in Peel, St Michael’s Hall in Kirk Michael, the Sayle Gallery in Douglas, Grenaby Studios and Castletown Town Hall.
