Centenary Centre – ‘Beside the Sea’
To complement the Beach Buddies Isle of Man Environment Festival, the Creative Network are holding an exhibition of marine art in the Atholl Room at the Centenary Centre, Peel. "Beside the Sea", is an exhibition of work by nine Creative Network artists. You can expect to see a wide range of subjects including seascapes, marine creatures, boats and harbours. Techniques used will include textiles embroidery, printing and paintings in various media. This exhibition will continue to be displayed until later in May, when it can be viewed during times that the Centenary Centre is open for performances. Artists showing their work are: Anne-Louise Clague, Valerie Galpin, Dawn Kennaugh, Maureen Kennaugh, Petrina Kent, Chrissie Moss, Graham Rider, Sharon Watterson, Rosie Wood. |
