As well as rural landscapes, Ella is also interested in the iconic buildings of the Island. The Sea Terminal welcomes us home when we arrive back. It has a tremendous energy in its architecture, which is unusually decorative for a modernist building. A building that has always been remarkably reminiscent of a lemon squeezer. There is talk of it being destroyed, so Ella wanted to record it and protect it by running away with it in disguise.
