Sara Shakespeare

Sara, born and raised on the Isle of Man, is based in Södermalm, Stockholm Sweden.

Following in her parents’ footsteps as an artist, a lot of inspiration developed from spending time in her parents’ studio.

Sara's work reflects nature, the Isle of Man and Scandinavia - bringing together her roots, soul and passion.
Nature is tied to her respect and work in Sustainability, whilst the Isle of Man and Scandinavia are both a place she calls home.

With a playful and curious mind, Sara is eager to experiment with the flow, shapes and forms from the Manx landscape. Earthy colours from Scandinavia then carry them into place - a true characteristic of her art.
