The Hub, Port Erin
“An exhibition of Hub Art” will be open during the Festival to showcase the work of those who attend the ‘Open Creativity’ sessions. Sunday, 6th May will be a focus day when there will be members of the‘Art Garden’ group demonstrating working on a feature mosaic for the art garden . The Mosaic is in a decorative arts style and aims to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the IOM. It represents the natural environment and species of the Isle of Man with wildlife and coastline features as well as endorsing the strong sense of community engagement we have fostered at the Hub. The ‘Open Creativity’ Group will also have a public session where people can drop in and see what they are doing. |
