Manx National Heritage has once again welcomed our artists to set up displays in the foyer of the House of Manannan. On display will be ceramics, paintings, prints, wood art and textiles. Entry is free to this area.
One artist, Janet Corran, will be creating a Peel themed display:Janet is bringing along an eclectic mix of creations and is going to create a display of her diverse interests in - art, drama and ceramics. All of the work is handcrafted, relates to her Manx-ness and to Peel specifically. She hopes to bring a hint of drama to her display that will include fire festival props/costume and related artwork, alongside sculpture and several hand built bowls that depict memories of Peel from the 1960’s.
The House of Manannan is a landmark building located at the end of the marina in Peel. There is parking in the dedicated car park behind the building complex.
